From interoperability roots to revenue intelligence

The substrate

Long before Neurex had a name, THOUGHTi operated a CMS Qualified Clinical Data Registry, processing millions of de-identified care episodes spanning clinical and payment data, built on two decades of HL7, FHIR, and EHR integration work across US provider organizations. That registry is the substrate Neurex stands on.

The intelligence

THOUGHTi engineers spent years turning that substrate into an intelligence layer: a clinical-native AI built for healthcare from the ground up, not a general model retrofitted to it. Clinical data processing, documentation intelligence, and coding automation grew from a model that had already read how American healthcare documents, codes, and pays for care.

The focus

The platform found its center of gravity where clinical intelligence meets the revenue cycle: preventing claim denials before they happen and recovering revenue that hospitals had written off.
